Welcome to Aurelia Skin (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://aureliaskin.co.za/ (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it.
By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Aurelia Skin is an online retailer of natural cosmetics and skincare products based in South Africa. Our products are intended for cosmetic use only and are not medicines.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) to purchase from us. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to display product colours, textures and descriptions accurately. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing batches. All products are for external cosmetic use only.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed on the Site.
5. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation will be sent by email once accepted.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or incorrect address details provided by you.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by or licensed to Aurelia Skin and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content without prior written permission.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:

- Submit false or misleading information
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law (including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008), Aurelia Skin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
